北京联通手机漫游上海，每次手机开启飞行模式，再关闭飞行模式使用 4G 数据流量都会分配一个 ipv6 地址。3G 数据流量不可以。

这样的卡其实有的，目前本人的河南05动感地带s套餐，2G/3G无限流量，使用这么久了从来没被限速过，包括接入点融合后一切都正常；其他的无限流量卡，比较出名的是辽电卡40包月（走ctwap）无限速；移动的无限流量卡限速的很多，北神，南神都有被限速。
