具体状况就是，开机后第一次打开软件是正常的，但是重启以后无法打开界面，并且在后台会有一个占用 1.5G 内存的 Welecome to Pycharm 的进程，手动 kill 以后会自动打开软件 GUI 。
各位有遇到这种情况吗。激活是正版 Lisence 激活。

正常，看日志里能看到。会说已经打开了一个实例。
遇到这种情况，把进程杀了就行了。 |
