eclipse 可以的，Preferences->Java->Editor->Templates 可以设置快捷方式如，敲击 for 可以提示生成：
for (int ${index} = 0; ${index} < ${array}.length; ${index}++) {
${line_selection}${cursor}
}
如 sysout 可以生成
System.out.println(${word_selection}${});${cursor}

而且还可以自定义，想要什么要什么
