Pocket(添加 tag: website) --> IFTTT(If new item tagged website, then append to a note in Evernote)

Pocket 收藏并添加一个 website 标签，然后 IFTTT 会自动追加到 Evernote 的一个笔记里。效果类似下面这样（可自定义）

None 是一个特殊 Python 对象, 在 Python 解释器启动时自动创建, 解释器退出时销毁
在一个解释器进程中只有一个 None 存在, 因为不可能有其他对象会使用 None 已占用的内存(它就是占了个坑)
所以只有: None is None and None == None

应该是要程序主动切换权限的, 只是文件权限上 setuid 不会有效
