基本上响应的人寥寥无几
感觉组内弥漫着一种混吃等死的气氛
可能传统大企业就是介样的氛围吧
向往创业型公司的活力与激情。。。

Knowledge sharing or Knowledge transfer in big legacy company is for politics, laying foundation for performance review or more resources for yourself...
don't know why you feel frustrated...You want to climb the ladder in your corp or what? and why you feel disappointed about your colleagues... Are you team leader, project manager or what? If you want to climb the ladder there, then organize only constructive meetings for your career, avoid doing silly things If you want to realize your value via creative work and cutting-edge project than leave .. Anyway, according to what you said it's very likely that you would stay there in the future, gradually lose your passion and shame on newcomers who are thrilled to 'bring new things to your team' someday |
