播放 MP4 的话 MPV 貌似不是硬解，发热比较大。自带的 QuickTime 不能外挂字幕== 现在用的是4000的配置，知乎上面看到下来用的。

把 opengl-hq 改成 opengl,主要是这个默认的 scale 算法费电
