上面的*是什么意思，头一次见到，不平常都是*arg 和**kw 么，这个啥意思呢？没搞明白

*后面的参数必须以关键字的形式传入。调用这个函数比如写 api_register_user(email=1, name=2, passwd=3)，而不能写 api_register_user(1, 2, 3)
