如果开发者启用了“分阶段发布”，最长需要 7 天时间才会让所有用户自动更新，有强迫症的话就至少每天刷新一次（“请注意，当 App 处于分阶段发布时，用户依然可以随时在 App Store 手动下载或更新 App 。”）

@Daitabashi 开发者也可以选择继续之前的 30%/15%抽成，这种情况下不会收取安装费（即使年安装量已超过一百万），如果选择 dma 下新引入的抽成（ 20%/13%，不使用苹果的 iap 是 17%/10%），则除部分开发者有豁免以外，每年超过一百万次安装后都需要交每次 0.5 欧（第三方商店和 App Store 都适用，一年内同一用户重复安装不会重复计算，已经安装的用户进行软件更新算作安装），豁免条件：
Developers who meet both of the following criteria will not pay a Core Technology Fee, even if they surpass the first annual install threshold:
1️⃣Registered with the Apple Developer Program as a nonprofit organization, accredited educational institution, or government entity
2️⃣Only distribute free apps on the App Store without the use of In-App Purchase
3️⃣Do not otherwise sell digital goods and services

侧载看起来是仅限 iOS （也就是 iPhone ），而且好像关于允许 WebKit 以外的浏览器内核也是仅限 iOS （第一段话打开 Safari 会提示用户选择默认浏览器时也只提了 iOS17.4 ，第二段话讲浏览器内核的时候没提 iOS 还是 iPadOS ，我以为应该还是仅限 iOS17.4 ，因为这两段话都在「 Browser apps and alternative web browser engines in the EU 」这个标题下）
